Association football, commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players, and is widely considered to be the most popular sport in the world.
The team that scores the most goals by the end of the match wins. If the score is tied at the end of the game, either a draw is declared or the game goes into extra time and/or a penalty shootout, depending on the format of the competition.

Wow, 300 Athletes go to the games and so far no medals.
It is heart-breaking to see other countries who support the athletes succeed while our athletes who are self-supported and work their ass off not win any medals so far. What’s the answer, it’s financial support. Our athletes need our help!
We can help support our athletes and make future Olympics even bigger. Freemyteam.com has been in conversations with David Armour of the Canadian Olympic Foundation about coordinating a $10 million fundraising initiative between now and 2010 with the intention to keep it ongoing. I could really use hearing the opinion of the Freemyteam community on this one. Do you think this money would help and would it be a good use of what Freemyteam is all about?
